Peach Slice Cheese Cake
- 2 sticks of margarine
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 package 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. of whipped cream
- 16 oz. can of sliced peaches (or the fruit of your choice)
- 1 bag of unflavored gelatin
Mix together 2 slices of margarine and 2 1/2 cups flour and spread out
on the bottom of a glass baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 min.
Mix together 2 cups of powdered sugar, 1 package of 8 oz. cream cheese
and 8 oz. whipped cream, and place the mixture on the cooled pie crust.
Place sliced peaches (or fruit of your choice) on the cheese mixture.
Combine the juice and some water up to 2 cups in another container. Boil
and add 1 bag of unflavored gelatin. Cool, then pour onto the cheese
mixture and refrigerate.
